Return and Refund


Items may be returned within 30 days of their shipment date without being charged a 20% re-stocking fee. However, clients will be reponsible for shipping charges associated with their returned item. All products must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition you received them; partially used products will not be credited. Items returned after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

We will not be responsible for Commercial Client's inventory. This means that we will not honour any return request for items not sold. Returns from a third-party customer should be forwarded to the seller or the owner of the product and a replacement of the same item willl be issued upon approval.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.


We require immediate notification on any order you want to cancel. Orders that have been filed for more than 24 hours and orders ready to go after undergoing payment and shipping procedures will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
